Customer Problem

Her boyfriend at that time challenged her with his new computer. she started to read the manual but she was not satisfied by the
instructions written by engineers for non techies.Then she decided to do experiments and apply hit and try method to
learn new technologies.

Lynda and her husband rented a high school in the ojai, california over spring break for one year to teach web design classes which
worked well till 2001. In that school one student directly came from the Vienna, Austria. There were hard times, like dot com crash
and and the travel restrictions after 9/11/2001 made difficult for students to reach the school.

Customer Problem

In spring break, there was no way to pass on her teachings to the people in help. So, on suggestion by her husband, artist Bruce Heaven, they rented a high school to teach web designing.

By her hard work and true passion of keeping other people's problem above her finally paid off, when lynda.com was acquired by Linkedin for $1.5 billion. Hence, their dream of covering entire world become true.
